Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jovia) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Vintage and antique jewelry may show signs of age and wear consistent with their history. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may result in a reduction of the refund amount.

Items must be securely packaged. We strongly recommend insured DHL shipping for returns.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned and refunded.

Vintage and antique jewelry is not excluded from the right of withdrawal solely due to its age.
